I was really looking forward to my stay at this resort, especially after booking a dive package. However, I left feeling quite disappointed. The advertised beach front property didn't match my room experience, which was basic and lacking essential features like air conditioning. The cancellation of one of my dive days with no offered credit also left me feeling cheated. It's a shame because I expected more given the price paid.
